The materials published on this page were developed using evidence-based normative and technical guidance from across the Global Fund partnership and include relevant references. Used together with National Strategic Plans, these materials can inform country-led decision making on how to maximize the impact of Global Fund resources, and ensure alignment with overall spending plans, including domestic resourcing and external funding from other sources.
