Le Fonds mondial met des ressources à disposition pour aider à améliorer les programmes qu’il soutient. Elles comprennent notamment des orientations programmatiques, des examens des programmes, des cadres et d’autres documents utiles. Ces ressources sont classées par thème.

Le Comité technique d’examen des propositions produit, en plus des ressources ci-dessous, des rapports sur ses activités, les demandes de financement qu’il examine et d’autres affaires du Fonds mondial.
