# Investment Guidance

The materials published on this page were developed using evidence-based normative and technical guidance from across the Global Fund partnership and include relevant references. Used together with National Strategic Plans, these materials can inform country-led decision making on how to maximize the impact of Global Fund resources, and ensure alignment with overall spending plans, including domestic resourcing and external funding from other sources.

These documents complement the Global Fund’s [Modular Framework Handbook](/media/mbmbjftc/cr_gc8-modular-framework_handbook_en.pdf "cr_gc8-modular-framework_handbook_en.pdf"), which describes the interventions eligible for Global Fund investments.

The documents will be updated as necessary to reflect innovations and changes in technical guidance.
